Recently, the application for the intelligent manufacturing project of Xiamen Weldconn Technology Industrial Park has been approved by the Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning. After the capital increase and expansion, the factory area of Weldconn will reach 39815 square meters.

Weldconn has always taken "intelligent manufacturing leading quality upgrading" as one of its enterprise development strategies. The new industrial park will focus on automation and unmanned production, and it will become Xiamen’s first automated and unmanned workshop for the production of home and gym elliptical cross trainera,exercise bikes and treadmills. Relying on automated processing equipment will can reduce the production cost of fitness equipment, while improving production efficiency, production flexibility and product quality."We hope to provide customers with fitness equipment with stable performance, high quality and good price through the use of high-tech equipment, professional design and management," said Mr. Deng, the manager of the production department. "With the completion of the new industrial park, we can provide customers with more competitive fitness equipment solutions,diversified products , and services.".

The new industrial park will be constructed in two phases. After the first phase of the plant is put into use, it is expected that the annual production of fitness equipment will double.
