Follow the following suggestions to make the most of your elliptical machine and use the Weldconn elliptical machine to achieve your fitness 

goals. 


1. Maintain the correct posture: When standing on the elliptical machine, keep your feet parallel, at the same width as your shoulders, with your 

back straight and your shoulders relaxed. Keep your head in a natural position. Avoid hunching your back or swaying from side to side. 

2. Foot placement: The entire sole of the foot should be firmly pressed against the pedal. Avoid using only the toes or the heel to exert 

force. This will reduce the pressure on the knees and ankles and help prevent injuries. 

3.  Arm coordination: Hold the handle with both hands and move your arms and legs together in a coordinated manner. For beginners, you can 

start by using the fixed handle and gradually switch to the swinging handle as you become more proficient. 

4. Warm-up and Stretching: Before using the elliptical machine, perform 3-5 minutes of warm-up exercises, such as jumping jacks and 

high-knee running. After the exercise, make sure to do stretching to relax the muscles. 

5. Adjusting resistance and incline: Adjust the resistance and incline of the elliptical machine according to your own physical fitness level. 

Beginners can start with low resistance and gradually increase the intensity. 

6. Exercise duration: It is recommended to exercise for about 40 minutes each time. Adjust the duration according to your own condition. 

Maintain a steady pace during the exercise and do not stop suddenly. 

7. Regular Maintenance: Regularly clean and maintain the elliptical machine to ensure its proper operation.
